The Newgrounds Sig Makers (NGSM) is the official sig making club of newgrounds.com
The club was established on the 27.7.06 to replace the many previous sig making clubs.
The NGSM is an open sig making environment,
where anyone can request a sig that may be made by any newgrounds user.
Some of the regular sig makers are featured on the left.
The red and black lists are the users who have caused unending trouble.
These users are to be ignored and not acknowledged in any fashion.
Users on these lists shall not recieve a sig or explanation as long as they are on the list.
Red list status can last from a week to a month.
Black list status is permanant and only used in extreme cases.

Rules:
1. Maximum dimensions are 595 x 300 px.
2. Minimum dimensions are 350 x 90 px.
3. The entry you post must be your own work.
4. Entries cannot started or finished before this thread starts.
5. No p0rn or racism in any entries or posts.
6. Absolutely no entries can be created in MS Paint.
7. You are not allowed to enter the same entry in different Sotw threads.
8. Make sure you post only your FINISHED entry. No half-finished entries.
9. One entry per person. Not per alias.
10. Animated entries will be hosted in a separate link in the voting thread.
