| General | My general interests?
Well, travelling of course, exploring as much of the globe as time and personal economy will allow.
I hike in the woods a lot, nature is the most serene and free place to be methinks.
Both of these activities allow me to practise my art of photography.
Even though I am the quiet type, I do enjoy socializing, often choosing the "observer mode".
I also strive to become as self-sufficient as possible.
Regardless of what the future may hold, peak oil, global wars,
disease, natural changes, etc., there's no denying the fact
that todays way of basing your entire life on a weak chain of
ruthless distributors that will think nothing of exploiting you if they could,
is "not a good thing".
At the moment it seems the masses are still in the "survival by denial"-phase
conserning this, but the sign of the times is that this will hopefully soon change.
