I like a variety of movies. If I had to pick a favorite genre it would be "action adventure". Second would be "romantic comedies" (I am a girl afterall) of the girl/girl variety.

Don't watch a lot of tv anymore - but when I do, chances are I'm watching NCIS.

Heroes
Anyone and everyone who has the guts to stand up for their civil rights (realized or not). Members of the military, police, and fire who go into dangerous situations. Members of the medical profession who help others unselfishly. Those individuals who put everyone else's needs ahead of their own.
About me: Still a beach bum at heart, I am 44 years young and I love the sun, the beach, and the water! My ideal vacation involves hot, sunny days spent laying on a comfortable lounge chair positioned perfectly to catch the sun's rays as I listen to good music, sip cold drinks, and enjoy the view as beautiful, tanned bodies walk past me. That was actually my life every summer day growing up in Carolina Beach and Wilmington, NC. Now in Maryland, I have moved from tanning specialist to facility director. Although the outside has aged and expanded, the person inside has remained the same - I can be quite funny once I'm comfortable - I don't do a lot of talking in a group setting (until I know a few people), but one-on-one, I'll talk to practically anyone. I love racquetball, softball, basketball, whitewater rafting and ice hockey. Grew up in North Carolina until I graduated and left home to begin my career (starting with four years in Korea). I've been in Maryland since 1992. More about me (like you're not tired of reading already) - extrovert (trust me, it's true), loyal, protective (of people I care about), adventurous and compassionate.
The newest adventure - ICE HOCKEY! In September 06 I hit the ice for the first time with the Columbia Panthers. It was awesome and I was hooked. Over the Summer, I played in Arlington and Laurel - again GREAT times. At my one year anniversary on the ice, I am now with the Baltimore Blizzard - so expect pics with purple and black coming soon!! The first pics are from my first game EVER - 14 October 06 against the Delaware Bobcats (gold/black). The grey uniforms are from Laurel's Silver Bullets and the Red is from Arlington. I LOVE ICE HOCKEY!!!

Who I'd like to meet: Angelina Jolie. That woman just fascinates me. Whether she's that crazy, tattoed, knife-carrying, wearing Billy Bob's blood around her neck chick or the outspoken, humanitarian, mother - she has continued to rock my world. And just for the record, it's her extraordinary eyes, not the lips, that are my favorite Angelina feature. Okay, that's the celebrity bit - now for the real answer. People who passed away or were lost their minds too soon to tell that I graduated from college and became a responsible member of society.
