"This band really does have everything. Power, intracacy, melody and lead vocals to die for......Their song writing ability is amazing"
Bedford Metal
"Novacaine are most impressive and set about re-aligning senses and unblocking ears with fractured pop hooks that are delivered with disjointed sledgehammer riffery"
Martin Stapleton - Esquires
"Novacaine take the stage and man are these guys good. Their set is great. The big bass man is silky smooth and the rest of the band is great too. This is the type of band you like sharing the stage with."
Zeroscape
"With a charismatic frontman, good performance skills and clear ability on their instruments, Novacaine have just about everything they need to go far as a band. The audience is loving them and craving more throughout every second of their set, 17/20"
Novacaine began life in late 2004 when brothers Mark and Tony Sowden teamed up with Daniel Keefe and Joe MacFarlane, all having the same ambitions in music, to create exciting and original songs and play to as many people as possible. Having just released their debut E.P - Here I Am Just Flesh Blood And Weakness which is selling mass amounts at each show they are looking to tour profusely up and down the UK before their next release due out in August 2007.
2006 and 2007 have seen Novacaine share stages with Skindred, Enter Shikari, Brigade, Lights:Action and The Upper Room to name but a few. They are building up a big reputation on the circuit and are ready to take things to the next level.
