About me:

I'm an outgoing person, once you get to know me. I may seem superficial and defensive to people I've just met, but that's because of past experiences and me building up walls to protect myself from being crushed-so don't f*ck with me : ) Just break down those walls by being genuine and honest and you'll get to see the real me, and if you get to the real me, you'll find that I'll go to the ends of the earth for you because I am loyal to those I let into my life. I'm a wife and mother of two beautiful children. I've been through A LOT in my life (most of you know what that means), lost both my parents, and have so far managed to survive brain cancer. My mind is sharp (although the cancer has managed to erase a lot of my memories-damn chemo-brain), but sometimes I can't quite express myself the way I used to. It sometimes ends up coming out sounding like I'm an idiot or something, which I am not! But because of all of this, I've learned not to take life for granted because it is too short, so I enjoy everything and everyone in my life to the fullest. I'm a great listener and make a good shoulder to lean on, and I'm also an individual who loves to have a good time, take risks and be adventurous. I like spending time with the family, having and going to parties to catch up with friends (and let loose, too), and traveling to visit friends and family. Most of my closest friends live far away which sucks and makes it hard to keep in touch, however they are always in my thoughts. Okay, enough sentimental crap, I'll quit boring you! ..
