 It was wonderful to see you!  I am the lady that asked if you would sign a get well card for my cousin at the Tioga County fair in Whitneyville, PA..  I wanted to talk to you more,..but I couldn't hold up the line waiting to see you.  My cousin and I saw you  about 1968, give or take,...at the Delaware county fair in Walton,  New York.  We both saw you after the show when everyone else was pretty much gone and talked with you!  My cousin, Connie, wanted to sing, and Lord, the girl could yodel!!! Her birthday was also on the 14th of August.  We were star struck and full of adoration!  (Still are!!) Well,..the following year she married at the tender young age of 15 and then raised 5 children and didn't head to the of singing aspect of life.  Now after 40  years of marriage,..she has bone cancer that has destroyed many of her bones.  She and I live about 3 hours away from each other,..so when I told her I was going to see you,...she knew right away when I said "You'll never guess who I am going to see sing!!!"  I thought the card would lift her spirits, in fact I know it will!!  I can't thank you enough,..and from the very bottom of my heart I thank you and ask thre Lord to bless you!!
BTW,..your ending song  "Amazing Grace means a great deal to me.
Not because my name is Grace,..but touches my soul, being named Grace is special too!! I hope you see this, as I said,..I wanted to explain a little better about the card,..I hope you read this and I send many blessings your way for your kindness.   God Bless,
