A-Grade is a young constructive hard working group from the ages 13-18 trying to spread their music out into the world. These young talented artists have a huge amount of fame in their city of Kitchener, and is trying to gain more popularity in other cities in Canada, and in other countries as well. Members, Shamar "Yung Prynze" Palmer, Khalil "Klassy" Stephenson, Kareem "Reemz" Wright, and Brandon "Insane Dialect" Lewis have all worked on their own a few years ago, but here today as one group. What motivates these young artists to write music so much? Growing up wasn't really easy for all these artists. Either they grew up without a father or mother, they grew up in a terrible neighborhood, or even both. Yung Prynze has been writing poems ever since he was in grade 3, usually writing about what he witnessed everyday in his life, such as abuse from other older kids, disrespected at school, and all the struggles he went through. Eventually in grade 4, those poems ended up being written into music, and the lyrics attracted every teenager in Kitchener, Ontario, which started the popularity up for Yung Prynze. In grade 5, Yung Prynze, at the age of 10, started writing, recording, and performing his music all around Kitchener. In the summer of 2005, Prynze performed on his first song written titled "Coloured Diamonds" at the U.Y.E. (Ultimate Youth Explosion). Meanwhile, Klassy was more focused on his sport talents, mostly basketball, but at the same time he used his skill on writing music when he wasn't watching or playing basketball. Insane Dialect & Reemz were being influenced by other major artists around North America, such as Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Common, Ice Cube, Slick Rick and more.

..How did A-Grade first start? ..
In the spring of 2007, Prynze started working on their music with Klassy. They were shocked that both of them had a lyrical talent at a young age, so they decided to call themselves "Young 'N' Dominate". At the time, Prynze was 12 years old, and Klassy was 13. The first song they recorded together didn't really make a huge success at all, they even received a tremendous amount of hate from other citizens around the city, leading their high amount of popularity down the drain. Both representatives threw away their hip hop talents away, and said they will never go back at it again. Later on in the summer, they decided to reunite and create more music and they started to regain their popularity all over again. They all started to record music together at Yung Prynze's house and releasing them on http://www.myspace.com daily. In the winter of 2007, Yung Prynze had talked with CEO of Highest Grade Entertainment, Twin, about creating a group on his own. Twin agreed with Yung Prynze because of the strong hustle he has put in his music, so they both agreed to call the new group "A-Grade", but A-Grade only started off with Yung Prynze, & Klassy. They started to record songs together more often, and later on became pretty famous all over MySpace. Yung Prynze was labeled 2 on the Myspace charts under the unsigned category for hip hop and Klassy was labeled 1 under hip hop for the major category. A few months later, A-Grade was keeping pretty quite from their music, and their fame went down the drain once again.

In the summer of 2008, A-Grade decided to come back and ended up with one new member, Insane Dialect. All 4 individuals started to promote their group every day and extremely hard. Around March of 2009, they decided to recruit Reemz in their group. These 5 individuals make up their name today as "A-Grade"! They even had performances in Toronto, Brampton, and Kitchener to build up their popularity again, but they found it was a bit more challenging then it was in the past, so they looked at other unsigned and major artists such as Drake, Ya Boy, 50 Cent, Jay-Z and more, who have a big name around the North American countries and studied how they act towards in their music, then started to get into the whole unsigned hype style. Now A-Grade is currently working on their music video, album, and other songs and collaborations as well. Their upcoming debut album titled "The 10" will be releasing during the summer of 2009!
