About me:
As an entreprenuer in the Natural Hair Industry, I see all kinds of people. I believe that we as human beings are wonderful people. God made us all marvelous, even in our perceived imperfections.

As Africans and African American women living here in America, we've had a struggle with self-acceptance... Accepting ourselves as we are. Our thick lips, wide hips and thick noses and our beautiful brown, carmel, vanilla, and/or black skin.

As a mother of 5 and grandmother of a little girl, I have always instilled into my children that their carmel skin and kinky beautiful hair is the best commodity they have going!

My chocolate baby son is beautiful. Thank God for Melanin! He will grow up knowing, with confidence that he is created in the likeness of His God and that he's destined for greatness!

Once we accept ourselves, we will be much happier from within and this will radiate to others around us.

Visit my blog and post your comments and see what others have to say.

My affirmation CD entitled "Embracing Your Beauty...from the Inside Out" is especially for women (men love it too!) It will uplift and inspire your spirit.

Download your copy today(just $6 bucks!) and share it with others: http://www.CDBaby.com/OlufemiAmusic

There is also a MUST read book --"Nappturosity--How to create fabulous natural hair & locs" that will guide and encourage you on your journey to becoming Natural...
