One Amazin' Kid is a 4-piece melodic indie-rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally a side project started by Christopher Kincaid, formerly of Hopesfall and Laurelei, One Amazin' Kid has since grown and developed into what it is today.
The sound of One Amazin' Kid is quite distinctive. The soaring vocals unleash lyrics of despair and hope, of being lost and finding the way. Their music lends the listener empathy in the worst of times and exults with him/her during periods of joy, as it mirrors the ever-changing tides of life. The dynamics of the music serve to further this by creating passionate walls of sound that descend into a soft serenity.
