About me:

Born in the inner City of Los Angeles, California, Phyromn Gilmer is no stranger to the face of adversity and challenges life can bring. Undaunted by those same challenges, he is equally aware of the rewards and accomplishments that diligence and discipline can bring. By God’s grace, Dr. Phyromn Gilmer has more than 20 years of ministerial experience, as a Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor and Senior Pastor. He has worked in the corporate arena for over15 years in sales and business development, as well as, in management for major corporations. He is a graduate of Los Angeles Harbor College with an Associates Degree and majored in Organizational Leadership at Biola University in LaMirada, California. Additionally, he is the recipient of an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree, from the Pentecostal Bible College, in Tuskegee, Alabama. He has authored two mini-books, “You Must Be Born Again” and “Have You Received The Holy Ghost Since You Believed?” The gifting on his life has led him to serve on national platforms, as a keynote speaker and to be interviewed on both radio and television.

Driven by a passion to partner with pastors and equip leaders, in addition to preaching the gospel, Pastor Gilmer now facilitates “Leadership Boot Camps” worldwide. Through weekend interactive workshops, and team-building activities, attendees grasp the importance of the bigger picture of ministry development. Empowering and equipping people, is the goal. He believes strong leaders help pastors build and grow strong churches.
