    Hi! My name is Peggy Richie and I'm a Dutch/Belgian female singer. I come from a family of musicians and being the youngest of the whole bunch I was lucky to be spoiled by all my cousins and uncles. They helped me (and still do!) with any kind of musical problem or need I had. At age 4 I started singing in church and played in several musicals as a kid. At 16 - not even old enough to visit a club - I was the front lady of a Univerity band in Enschede called Uncle Bob (disco mainly) playing in pubs and clubs in my hometown and surroundings (pretty cool at that age!). In Groningen I met Jan Meiborg, an incredible piano-man and even more incredible person! He taught me how to write songs (listen to 'So Good'), and how to deal with a big part of life actually... Then - 1996 - I moved to New Zealand where I made an extra bug singing as a bartender in an Amsterdam Pub. After one and a half year I moved to Belgium... fell in love with this country and a belgian guy, so I stayed! And I like it! .. .. .. .. .. .. .. I have my own gospelband - Gospelmusic.belgium - a jazz group - the jazz kittens - and a cover band - Pegs, Val & the Kittens. Besides that I sing backings and do studio jobs. A pretty nice mix of things. When I'm not singing I am at home with the 4 loves of my life - My hubby, our two sons - Robert 6yr and Timothy 4yr - and our doggy Casper (who's still learning the basics of life :) ) Keep the music playing!     Hoi Pegs, juist nog eens naar Pink Cloud geluisterd. Doe daar iets mee jong ! Clubcircuit of zo. Heb gisteren Moiano gezien in Charlatan..dat soort dingen bedoel ik. En ik..dagelijks 1 uur paradiddles (al bijna 2 maand). Voor Jill mag ik niet onderdoen..de eerst Phil rep was meteen vonken en vuur. Greets
