    Hey SARK! Its Rob! I am still continuing to make my creative dream real! Thank you for being so inspiring! I am travelling the USA as part of my creative dream and I would love to do one of your workshops or perhaps see you give a talk or something. I am in Los Angeles from Aug26 to Sep 21st. Are you doing anything around there at that time?(I am also in NYC the week before that - so that would work too.) It would fill my heart with candy floss if I got to see you! Heres hoping.

    SARK! i saw your book in the movie confessions of a shopaholic! She was in the bookstore and i saw it sticking out on the shelf it was the New Creative Companion book! How cool!

    Sunday was my other half Jason's birthday. We had a cookout with our brand new succulent friends (we connected with them so serendipitously SARK style) then found our way to a beautiful lake.

    Of the four I jumped in first to the black water that scared the others. I was so refreshed when I surfaced! I was then able to get everyone swimming and laughing. I pushed past my fear of the depth and brought happiness to the whole group.

    Pictures of the stunning lake and video of Jason doing flips are on my page. :)

    I am taking so much from Juicy Journaling I am trying to incorporate nourishment into my everyday no matter how big or small and it is healing so much.
