About me: PQ Hudson:
I graduated college from Mississippi University for Women with a degree in Journalism-emphasis in Television Broadcasting. I worked for WCBI TV in my hometown for 3 years as a News Reporter. I am currently living and working in the Memphis,Tennessee area. When I'm not completely buried in work, I do freelance writing on the side for Skirt Magazine and a few other random publications. I'm 2 years deep into writing a book that is full of what my idol, Hunter S. Thompson, would refer to as "creative non-fiction" and once it's published I will promote it shamelessly via Skirt Magazine, Skirt.com, Myspace & Facebook. The people I love most in life are my hilarious mother, my best friend and husband, Derek and soul mates, Carrie Grace & Holly Maria. I smile pretty much 24-7 & I love to laugh. I pray to Hunter S. Thompson, Chuck Klosterman and Bob Dylan five times a day in each direction. I can turn a cartwheel on roller skates. I don't think there is ANY occasion when busting out "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice isn't appropriate and I've been actively trying to bring the word "RAD" back for over two years.
Writing, Music, Art, Photography, Traveling, Literature & Helping with Animal causes make my world go round. I am very involved with Belly Rubs Basset Hound Rescue. I roll around in the grass with my basset hounds, Lily, Sherlock & Murphy daily.
