Under the independent management of thier guardian and previous manager Otis Thompson, they have hit many venues and worked with alot of indiviuals in and outside the music industry. Their determination, faith and talent has unlocked doors usually closed to unknown acts. They have served as opening acts for the following artists: Kci and Jo Jo, B2K, Bow Wow, Mario, Tyrone Davis, Willie Clayton, Sir Charles Jones, Bobby Valentino, Avant, Latoya Luckett, Usher, Paster Troy, Eightball and MJG, Cadillac Don and Jmoney, Eric Benet', Miles and South Star, Brandy, Yung Joc, Slim Thugg, Lil Flip, Ronnie Spencer, Urban Mystic, Keshia Cole, Silk, Lil Booise, Webbie, etc. They believed artists can be made, but only superstars can only be born. They live their art and career day to day and suffer, commit, and sacrifice for their destiny. RecognitioN also holds many titles including writing, song arrangements, melody compositons, vocal delivery, entertainment, and also college students. They carry themselves as an example to their peers everyday. They believe in setting a positive example through their art by teaching others to be themselves, make the best out of life, and enjoy life, also by addressing issues in their music. RecognitioN also practice having an open mind and seeing the "BIG PICTURE". They explore all types of music and study its creation. They work on the edge of many genres of music, because of this factor they called their music EDGE MUZIK.
