About me:
ROQUE inc. is a total fitness program.we are based in riverside fitness which is located at 5 john street,carbondale,pa.we are now forming classes in various fitness and training programs taught by nothing but the best instructors in the area.i strive for perfection so i can offer the best.we offer training for those who want to compete as well as recreational.we are a total fitness center.from boxers to marathon runners.cyclist to triatheletes.the gym is 5,280 sq.ft. of equipment to suite all your fitness needs.i am currently building a gym for boxing,kickboxing and any other art thats looking for a home to train in.when all the work is said and done,my facility will be 10,000 sq.ft.all are welcomed to come and put their work in.spin,mma,kickboxing in an instructional class setting as well as boxing in the same format.
Here is a list of what we offer so far and the name of the instructor:
Aerobics,advanced aerobics,Zumba and cardio kickboxing classes,they are instructed by Kellie SANCHEZ.
We also offer a begginer aerobics class instructed by THOMASINA MEEKS-OWENS.
recreational boxing,competition boxing and youth classes.that is instructed by me,ROQUE.
fitness kickboxing,self defense,JKD and competition kickboxing.these instructed by SEAN DIGGS.
personal training is done through ROQUE,SEAN DIGGS AND KELLIE SANCHEZ..

id like to meet anyone who has any ideas,input whether it be positive or negative.anyone that can help me better myself as well as the program.we are open to opinion.ive learned through out the years that there is no set way to do any one thing.we welcome information to achieve our goal to being the best overall fitness center whatever your sport or hobby may be.
