Hi I'm a fitness Instructor / entrepreneur based in Nottingham UK. I run a Group Fitness Instructor training business and I have 2 websites designed to help teachers with choreography ideas and cutting edge fitness trends. My sites are www.choreographytogo.com and www.fitnesspoledancing.com. I write and present workshops and training courses for qualified Instructors all over the UK and travel extensively working within health clubs, leisure facilities and with community Instructors educating and updating their fitness skills and knowledge. I enjoy developing my sites by pioneering innovative ways to bring new fitness concepts into the mainstream and motivate Instructors with fresh ideas they can implement into their own classes. I am really keen to network with Fitness Professionals from all over the world. I have recently written a group fitness package and class blueprint for getting fitness classes into secondary schools in the UK encouraging teenage girls into the group fitness environment and will be running a new certification course showing other Fitness Instructors how to teach children teens and work in partnerships with local schools. My Street Dance for Schools project is now being run in many Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire schools, trying to encourage teenage girls who don't want to do traditionl games and PE into group fitness and dance as a means of keeping fit and fostering a healthy body image. I will be on the road again in the Autm with my latest choreography tour called Freestyle Fun.
