I liked this one book called "Forbidden Knowledge: 101 Things NOT Everyone Should Know How to Do" It's very interesting, it's got all these things you shouldn't know or do as the title proclaims.
And I also like the book "Cool Gardens" by activist/singer/song writer, Serj Tankian, one of my heros. All of his poems, some were made into songs by his band System of a Down and some weren't. Great book. I love his views of the world.

Who I'd like to meet: "Serj Tankian" One of my heros and the greatest Rock
Musician ever. The very interesting brutal truth, government-cover-up, The "Armenian Genocide" is a good reason to Rise-Against, Protest, Scream out the truth, in front of millions of people who are unaware. Serj is a damn good song writer. Very strange way of wording and putting little thought-provoking sentences in his lyrics, some of which are very true. He wrote a book of his poems called "Cool Gardens"
And my favorite Novel Writer "Chuck Palahniuk". He truley inspires me to be a better writer, I love his style. He brakes things down, has extreme detail to the characters, goes completely off topic, tells you things you shouldn't know, and always has an issue regarding the whole world that could be threating. He's very blunt, and dark when he tells his story's. So haunting sometimes your heart starts to pound and you can't help to turn the next page. Such bold, dark humor, but at the sometime it can be very touching. "Invisible Monsters" and "Lullaby" are my favorites. I can't wait for his newest Novel "Snuff" which came out on my birthday, (May 20th) Palahniuk is Brilliant.
"Mike Patton" The God of Rock & Noise. He can sing any type of style of music and twist it to his style and his way and makes it better. He's always trying something new and is always doing something different. He continues to amaze his fans and alienate others each year.
I want to at least meet him before I die and rot in the ground for everyone to forget. I'm truly inspired by his work (Solo Album Adult Theme for Voice - Fantomas - Patton&Kadda - Mr. Bungle). Whatever he does and creates is always original and very entertaining.
"Jackie Chan" My Martial-Arts, Kung-Fu, Hero. I grew up with all of his movies. Jackie can do it all. He isn't afraid to try anything himself. He's an excellent Choreographer, mind-blowing. I love Kung-Fu movies in general. "Jet Li" (Hero, Fearless) is also a great fighter and extremely talented. And for the first time and only time ever Jackie and Jet star together in "The Forbidden Kingdom"(2008) Probably the best Duo ever. And of course they had to ruin it by adding a stupid kid in the movie, so why is that good? How is that cool? WTF, oh well. "Tony Jaa" (Ong-bak) is destined to be the next Jackie Chan or Jet Li. Can't wait for more of Tony Jaa's movies.
And can NOT for get "Alejandro González Iñárritu" he makes very good, extremely dramatic, films. I just love his style of editing. See 21 Grams - Amores perros - and Babel. Awesome, Brilliant, Powerful, Beautiful films. I'm a true lover of cinema.
These day's originality is Dead. Create something that's not cheezy, cliche, or a boring sequel or remake.
"Hideo Kojima" I love the Metal Gear Solid series. Pretty much my favorite games of all time (Half-Life and Smash Bros as well) He is truly a genius and damn creative. His games are so detailed and complex. Story and character driven plots are so deep and vague but give you so much information, you start to question things not just the game. it's so much fun to watch the brilliantly choreographed cut-scenes, its like they were ripped out of a Hollywood movie. Thats pretty sad. His games tops over most blockbuster hits that came out in last few years. Seriously, people don't even know how amazing the series is. Metal Gear Solid will be remembered, played, remade, adapted, made-fun-of, spoofed, for years to come. Hideo is the master.
