We can run, but we can never hide from, or deny the Shadow that lives inside of each of us. I believe so many of us spend our entire lives masquerading, and hiding behind a disguise of pretend that we can't even see who we really are ourselves.
This Shadow is always there lurking in the depths of our skin, and DNA. We fight so hard to not let out this shadow that may reveal our hidden secrets of fear and Pain, to the World and People in our lives. In and out-goes this Shadow of Darkness, Pointing Fingers at everything and everyone. We can run-but we can't hide..The Shadow, is Me and You, and all Lessons to Be learned and the Beginning of seeing the Light....The Truth Shall always set you Free....It is the Light....

I'm happy to hear you are not causing crazy violence. I knew you had a peaceful heart. Kickboxing sounds like a good time. Please share your experience. I do miss the art, but I completely understand. I just doodle at night while watching tv with the kid. It's a good stress reliever. I hope all is going well with the family and job. Peace out!
