Hey :)  Here's your local co-op for local sustainably grown foods http://wheatsville.coop/.  Of course, I don't know how close it is to you, but since there are only a few in the whole state, your pretty lucky to have one in the same town.  I recently discovered my local one - Ocean Beach People's Co-op and LOVE it.  Of course, the farmers markets are always good (usually the same local farms supply to the co-ops and the farmers markets), but the co-op is always open, like a regualr grocery. For me - the commissary (the military grocery store) is much closer and to their defense they do mostly stock only local grown produce, but not enough organic yet, and the co-op produce is still just way better, so that helps me balance good food and staying on budget.  I only get to the co-op every couple of weeks at best since it is about 20 min from me.  It's too bad that everyone doesn't have easy access to decent food, but it's getting better and better everyday.  Also, if your a big milk drinker, you might want to read about pastuerized vs. raw.   http://www.organicpastures.com/faq.html -  although after skimming the next webpage, don't know what the TX laws are regarding it  http://www.westonaprice.org/federalupdate/aa2009/26feb09.html.  Anyway, you get the idea!  And in Texas you should be able to find plenty of natural pasture raised grass fed beef as opposed to corn fed (faster to fatten the cow with) feed lot meat.  Have fun finding your local good foods, it's a bit of a scavenger hunt sometimes, but so worth it.  Well, I have knee deep in food supply "research" for a few months now figuring out where to go and what is good.  And so I am getting a bit long in this message, so I will go for now.  Later   :)

Oh I feel so bad not remembering what kind of car it was but we sure had a blast in it huh? The funny thing that comes to my mind is when you drove it backwards from the beginning of our neighborhood to our house.
