I am usually reluctant to fill out the "About Me" sections on profiles. Partly because I’m lazy, but also because I keep changing--- rapidly. It is not that I am ‘blah’, or indecisive, it's just that I'm lucky enough to continually encounter life altering people, ideas, thoughts, and situations. However, there are a few constant characteristics that I know will define me forever:
I am silly… I am. Almost 25 and nothing gives me more pleasure than jumping on the bed, especially if I have an audience --- preferably of the barking kind. I sing and dance in front of the mirror, and I name every single stray animal in the street with transsexual names. I also laugh at funerals, although my heart is breaking.
Most people think I am serious, and I am, too.
I’m brave and feisty, impulsive, and strong. Yet I allow people to cut in front of me at the supermarket, and steal my parking spot, and I cry whenever someone yells at me, or even near me.
Part of me wants to have children someday, and most of me is scared of marriage and kids.
I have a lot of love to give. My parents mean the world to me. My friends are all special and “different”, just like me.
Someone very special to me is adamant about the idea that living for oneself is the only way to live for the people we care about. I agree.
I am happy right now.
Uncertainty gives me hope.
Law school is okay, my business is the best.
