Ruby Shooz was formed in 1988 by lead singer Jamie Cosco. The band originally started as a 4 piece rockabilly style band covering mainly Elvis Presley's Sun sessions. Today The Shooz are known for their high energy extravagant Rock-N-Roll show, exciting from moment they hit the stage.Driving audiences immediately to the dance floor! Costume changes, trivia, and dance contests make every show a step back into time to an era not forgotten.
Ruby Shooz has developed a massive fan base in the upstate New York region playing songs from the 1950's and 60's, and now some classic 70's. Their audience includes all ages and walks of life from children to grandparents. This alone makes Ruby Shooz one of the most unique bands to come out of this region in decades.

Ruby Shooz celebrates thier 20th year of Rocking Upsate New York and beyond! They will also be releasing their 12th cd entitled "20 Years of Cruisin with the Shooz" this summer 2008!
