Joint Venture creates New Radio Station
New Jersey August 18, 2007- STREETS D Radio, the parent company of Dekadance Radio Networks, Godiva In Motion Radio and Tammy Feliciano networks a leading independent radio network, has announced a definitive agreement to form a joint venture to market music artist and entertainment companies in the U.S and UK.
The new entity, to be called STREETS D Radio will deliver interviews, videos, lifestyle scenes and new music from major music artists and quality independent and up and coming artists to online listeners. Unlike other urban online radio stations, STREETS D interconnects its contents with the nationally distributed magazine- Streets Mos' and the radio broadcast and pod casting of Godiva in Motion Radio Networks and Tammy Feliciano Promotions. Listeners and Readers will not only be able to hear & see artist in the magazine and listen on the radio, they will now be able to view artist on DVD through SRV, Street Radio Video on STREETS D Radio. The idea to create the joint venture came from Nat Nelson- CEO of STREETS MOS' Enterprises, when realizing that there needed to be a final component to the company. Khemba Matlock, CEO of STREETS D and Godiva in Motion Radio Networks along with Tammy Feliciano agreed saying that, "We already work together and have two solid media outlets. STREETS D is something our company must have to complete a true media conglomerate. We want to be at the top in Urban Media. Now radio will be 24/7 online and DVD."
Godiva, "The 1st Lady of Independent Radio" will head STREETS D Radio with Associate Producer and Publicist for STREETSD.COM. The debut release is set for September 2007.
