Who the hell are Scarlet Carson? Well the obvious answer would be a gritty new rock band from the dirty Jersey Shore. And where better to find a "diamond in the rough" than in sands filled with cigarette butts, used condoms, and broken beer bottles? But a more accurate answer would be: Scarlet Carson is rock and roll. Fusing the core of old school rock with the flair of the new.

But don't be fooled, this isn't your father’s vintage collection being regurgitated over repetitive power chords and lackluster vocal hooks. This modern day rock band has captured the very essence of their old school predecessors by breaking away from todays cookie cutter "rock n roll" sound. Scarlet Carson has gone back to basics, back to the roots of rock and roll. Drenching their songs in elements from numerous genres including rock, pop, funk, and the rhythm & blues. Scarlet Carson sounds like Aerosmith, AC/DC, Guns N Roses, Buckcherry, Papa Roach, & Motley Crue smashed together. Fermented. Aged. Poured in to a chilled glass. And nestled comfortably between the bosoms of a Las Vegas stripper.... on the rocks. Or as the band likes to call it..."Dirty Jersey Rock n Roll".

Consisting of Santino aka *Hollywood* on lead vocals, Stone on lead guitar, J.Corona on rhythm guitar and backup vocals, Mike O'Mayhem on bass, & Raab on drums, this pack of musical deviants have already begun carving out a sizable niche in the NJ music scene. Having only been formed in the Spring of 2008, Scarlet Carson wasted no time in releasing their debut album "Not So Innocent" that very Summer at the Jersey Shore's famous Joey Harrison's Surf Club with fellow NJ rockers Skid Row. And less than a year later took 2nd place in the very popular Break Contest at the legendary Stone Pony earning them a slot on The Bamboozle Music Festival in 2009. With scheduled appearances at The Seaside Music Festival, The Starland Ballroom, and the Northeast Music Festival, as well as a string of appearances on radio and television Scarlet Carson plans on new music releases to be expected early Summer 09.

Its catchy, its heavy, its light, and its sexy! You can sing to it, dance to it, fight to it, and fuck to it! It’s everything you want in your rock music, with the occasional drunken stripper! It's "Dirty Jersey Rock n Roll"! Its Scarlet fuckin' Carson!
