This young man was introduced to the cultural music known in most parts of the Caribbean as dancehall reggae. He would carefully study the pattern and artistry of the legendary Bob Marley to the young style of Sean Paul. Quincy would practice repeating and mimicking most lyrics in search for his own style. With the right instruments and equipment Quincy also copied and broke up beats in search of a better and more intensified sound that he can use in remixes or just create a new style. Quincy realized that he had a natural talent for introducing songs at local dancehalls and house parties. His smooth charismatic style was soon a moving wave that crashed against the eardrum of his neighborhood to the hot spots of his hometown. Adoring much of the compliments from his peers and DJs alike, they encouraged Quincy in becoming a Disc Jockey or a Selector, which is a person that plays dancehall reggae in a unique way. Quincy spent when he was mere teenager, studying voice patterns from numerous artist, mimicking beats and then counter the same beats with a Fabulous twist, birthed his own sensational style. Selector Fabulous was now born and ready to blow up in his native homeland in the Virgin Islands. Selector Fabulous; just how it sound is exactly what it means. A selector of a variety of music, from hip-hop, blues to alternative music, pop, soca, calypso, reggae to take you back to the disco 70s to the rocking 80s. Fabulous is simply defined as a past, present and future emotion thats expressed through the crowd who heard, has heard or waiting to hear his musical engineered lyrics that put a trance to anyones feet.
