(Part 1 Roddy Moreno Interviews)
Sharon Woodward speaks to Cardiff born singer of the Welsh Skinhead Oi! band The Oppressed Roddy Moreno. For those unfamiliar with the Skinhead scene, Moreno was well known for his stand against the far-right and later for introducing SHARP ( Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice) into the UK .
In this first section of the interview Moreno is on familiar territory as he speak of the early days with The Oppressed and his experience of dealing with the common misconception of the skinhead stereotype.
(Part 2 of 1)
In the second part of Moreno's interview we are treated to his opinions on 70's and 80's British Comedy like Love Thy Neighbour and his views on Women's Rights (watch him flinch!).
In the the following series Moreno speaks in a way not usually heard.
