According to legend, Saint Cecilia(Shyla) was a 3rd-century martyr who was sentenced to die because she refused to worship the Roman gods. After attempts to suffocate her failed, she had her head chopped off. She is the patron saint of music and musicians.
The Band:
Shyla, (formerly known as NoSense) is a band from the South Bay of California. What started as a group of friends has evolved through the past few years into a force to be reckoned with. The band's powerful verses, catchy choruses, and memorable screams have an effect that is impossible to imitate. With their popularity growing daily, and their music growing as well, Shyla is a band that will become a household name in the near future.
