Hi, I'm Sugarbelly.
I first got introduced to Dj'ing as 'the guy that 'did' the music' at a friends birthday party, I must have been 12 then.
It didn't take long until I wanted to buy my own dj setup, so I started checking out some secondhand Websites, looking for 'dj-stuff' , not even being sure what it was exactly I was looking for...
One thing I was sure of, it had to be a vinyl setup. So even before I had my decks and mixer I started buying records,
once again, not knowing at all what style or anything so I just bought some 20 records at the 1 € sales at Bilbo.

Time passed and 2 years later I had bought my first two belt-drive decks and my behringer djx-700.
I had also fallen in love with Elektro after hearing technologic by Daft-punk
...
Again time passed and I tried new things every day and spent most of my money buying records.
About 1 year ago things started working out and I saved money and worked to buy my Synq decks.
By then I had worked out a style which is elektro based with some Techno and minimal influences yet far from commercial, but most of all totally danceable!
Then I did sets at some private party's, a set at Kavka in Antwerp, I am a poerkwaspi Resident, had a set on 2 years attic @ sjatoo schelle and a gig during a vernisage in Salons(oever near kloosterstraat Antwerp).
And now here I am mostly trying to keep my set up to date with new tunes and doing my best to perform as much as possible.
