   About The Piano Dentist
I started out in the mid-90s playing bass with various proto-britpop chorus-dispensers. It was all a bit tripe and so I moved on to provide beats, bass and 'sonic-mospherics' for pompous dirge-peddling scenesters Basil. Mr Tune was mocking us from outside the window of the rehearsal room, whilst we blindly stumbled around in drone-chester without a song-map. It was all a bit joyless and so, with the aid of a cheap sampler and a turntable, I set about reviving the rancid corpse of big-beat or some puerile derivative. And here I am - like a budget Bentley Rhythm Ace but less funny... I know, tell me about it. I have to make this stuff.

Hi Thom how's things?

I would have so loved to have gone to the gig you told me about tonight (Anathema, Paradise Lost and My Dying Bride- all in one gig). Ah well.

so you're doing some actual gigs now - let us know how they go. I see one of them is down my neck o' the woods - you fancy catching up with me at some point around that time?

Sithee latter cocker,

You mean we sound slightly out of tune, slightly out of time and have slightly strange and silly subject materila in our lyrics. You think that's us???!!!
