Castelvania has been cancelled-Postponed
What the Fu@k!! One day before the event and we start getting calls coming in from ABC and the Merced Sheriff’s Department asking for a meeting ASAP. So this morning Friday October 30th, the team met with the Merced Sheriff’s Department & ABC to discuss some issues. In the end they told us to postpone the event to a later time since this is going to be bigger than they had expected. They were not prepared for an event this size. This is the first time this beautiful Castle has ever been used for an event like Castlevania and at the size it was going to be.
We debated with them over and over about Halloween’s not a date you can postpone a week or a month…it’s Halloween! We all know it only comes once a year. On a brighter side, if there is one. They would like to move forward with us but on a later date. At this time I hate to say it but Castlevania will be postponed. Obviously it’s not going to be a Halloween themed event but it will be at the Castle. We are working with them to set a new date and to be more prepared.
Till Dawn is upset with this outcome as much as you are. Some of the DJs from Castlevania will be playing at a Halloween party in Modesto. We are going to work with this crew to make sure everything go’s smooth and all Castlevania pre-sale holders get in.
We are sorry for having to disappoint a lot of you but better now than the night of.
