Do You Have A Vision? (3)Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled.Habakkuk 2:3 TLBWhen God gives you a vision - He also gives you the provision needed to fulfil it! Often He'll use something you already possess even though you don't know it, or think it's not equal to the challenge. Faced with feeding 5000 hungry people, the disciples felt totally inadequate. But Jesus said, "How many loaves do you have… Go and see" (Mark 6:38 NIV). God will open your Spiritual eyes to see what you already have - or what is within your reach. And when you recognise it, give it to Him and He will bless it, so it will be more than enough. The key to your success is found in the words "go and see".

Stop procrastinating, making excuses, feeling sorry for yourself, 'talking down' to yourself, or being intimidated by those who say you don't have what it takes. Listen to God! He has provided everything required to get you where you need to go. Paul writes, "Now glory be to God who by His mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of - infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes" (Ephesians 3:20 TLB). Notice the words "far more" and "His mighty power at work within us".

Look in the mirror and announce, "I am full of resources. God has given me everything I need to fulfil His plan for my life." This is not hype, pride, or mind-over-matter. It's faith speaking, it's faith connecting with God, it's faith tapping into the resources needed to do what God has called you to do!

(1) Refuse to give in to wrong thoughts. Guard your mind. Make it a walled city that refuses to allow negative thoughts and harmful influences to penetrate. (2) Resist any temptation toward introspection. Only the Holy Spirit has the right to search the hearts and minds of men. When the Lord is ready to reveal an area of your life that needs correction, He will. (3) Fight, using God's Word. Let the Rhema Word, the God-breathed Word found in Scripture, be your strength in times of difficulty and testing. In the wilderness temptation, Jesus used Scripture to put Satan to flight. And the weapon of God's Word still works today. (4) Listen to the still small voice of God within. God doesn't play hide-and-seek with His will. Discipline yourself to spend unhurried time with Him and you'll thrive. (5) Shift to a higher level of faith. Before killing Goliath, David had to kill a lion and a bear. Today we are contending with issues that require us to move to a new level of faith. (6) Get into proper alignment. God's aligning His people - putting together those who'll stand as one in the day of battle. It's imperative to know who you can go to war with. You only discover such people in times of testing. Treasure them - they're 'covenant relationships'. (7) Ask God to give you understanding about the place you are in. Knowing you are in preparation for your destiny will keep you from pulling back, wavering or throwing in the sponge.

The word for you today is - press through and seize your God-given destiny

God Has A Plan

JEREMIAH 29:11 NIV
11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD,
"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you
hope and a future.

Genesis 37 tells the story of Joseph being sold into slavery by
his brothers. At that time, I'm sure it didn't look to Joseph
like God had a plan -- at least not one that was good for him.

Joseph surely thought what many of us have, "Why did you let
this happen to me, God?"

No doubt things looked clearer to Joseph later on when he was
ruling Egypt and was able to save his entire family from
starvation. (Genesis 45-50)

Often life may seem confusing and out-of-control. But don't
despair. God has a plan for you which He is working out. If you
could only see the end He has in mind for you -- you would
begin to rejoice and thank God right now. (Hint, hint.)

SAY THIS: God has a plan for me, and I will trust Him to work
everything out in my life.
