About me:
One of the most established names in professional gaming worldwide, Team EG was first born over four years ago, making us one of the oldest eSports teams in North America. The EG name has always been known as one of the best in North America and the world, as from the very beginning, our players, travelling around the world to participate in the highest levels of gaming leagues and tournaments, have competed and won.
Team EG currently consists of Counter-Strike, Quake 4, and Halo 2 divisions. Our Counter-Strike team is known for being one of the most consistent in the entire world, having gone without major roster changes in 3+ years since its creation. The members of the Counter-Strike team are currently the undisputed Canadian champions, having swept every tournament in Canada since 2002, and achieving a number of podium finishes in World Championship events.
EG's Quake 4 division is made up of the best of both the United States and Canada, as Rafik Bryant and Andy Ryder have achieved recognition for being the pride of their respective countries. Last, but certainly not least, Nelson Triana, our Halo 2 player, has been Canada's best for over three years now, and is also viewed as one of the best in North America.
As a result of the team's incredible consistency and stability, the players of Team EG hold unique bonds outside of the game: in addition to being one of the world's best professional gaming organizations, EG is a tight-knit family. At the end of the day, we're a close group of friends enjoying our passion for competition together through the amazing world of professional gaming.
