The drum is surrounded by 5 Pintech electronic pads, powered by the Alesis D4 drum machine, MMT-8 sequencer, and a complete midi workstation that connects via midi patchbay to the keyboard rig (we'll get to that later). LOUNGE
Get comfortable! Pour yourself a freshly tapped micro brew and light up a smoke. When the music's over - turn out the light, turn out the light, turn - out the light.
Well thanx for taking the virtual tour. Hope you enjoyed it. Look for more pics in the pics section, and I'll be adding some more pics in the live sound section on this page in the near future.
You may recognize me from playing guitar or running sound and lights in the local clubs, or setting up audio for everyone from Areosmith to ZZ Top at The Montage Mountain Amphitheatre. I also set up audio for Broadway plays and run sound for dance studios at the Scranton Cultural Center at The Masonic Temple.
I'm a FOH (front of house) sound dude for a large PA and light show and engineer a 32+ track professional recording studio. I've also been known to shoot and edit video, especially for band promo packs, and have worked with many of the local bands including Simon Sez, Tin Pan Alley, Blues Power Revolution, and Tribes, just to name a few. I'm into restoring vintage drums, guitars, amps and recording gear. I love helping original bands bring out their sound using all different types of gear and my experience as a songwriter. On occasion, I make myself available to DJ your wedding, party, or batmitzva (lol) and people say I have a way of keeping the dance floor packed! thump-thump
Part of the reason for setting up this site is to showcase the musical talents of area musicians to appear on a LIVE Improvised Webcast! On Friday nites, the studio opens up to all different types of musicians, most of which have recorded here at one time or another, to improvise words and music direct to 2 track DVD, an the occasional multitracked session. These songs are webcast directly to you on the above player, FREE, every Friday nite from 9pm to 6am est. ALL NIGHT LONG!. You can also watch excerpts from the show anytime but, if you want it LIVE, you gotta tune in Friday Nite. Don't forget to click the CHAT icon and say HI or type a request Thanx.
