Lord Likely was an aristocratic adventurer, and gentle-man of action, who's Victorian-era exploits have become legendary thanks to the unearthing of his secret journals, now available for the very first time on the internet.
As well as these diaries, historian Professor Julian Syngen-Smythe also discovered a batch of previously unheard audio recordings of his lordship, made by his own hand, possibly on an early prototype gramophone or something.
The sound quality is understandably variable, but with help from the wonderfully excellent Mr. Luke Elliott we have been able to make his lordship's recordings a bit clearer, so that future generations may benefit from the wit and wisdom of everyone's favourite drunken aristocrat.
