Chime is an original pop rock group based in the Los Angeles, California area. An award winning band, Chime sets itself apart by blending the jangly pop rock styles of the Gin Blossoms, The Rembrandts, Cheap Trick and Fountains of Wayne, but with their own unique modern edge that has earned them direct supporting roles for touring acts such as The Smithereens, Ten Years After, The Calling, Eve 6, The Gin Blossoms, The Rembrandts, The Tubes and Bo Bice.
Chime is currently in the process of completing an Indie release in 2009... with contributions from good friends and supporters like Danny Wilde of The Rembrandts, Jesse Valenzuela, Scott Johnson of The Gin Blossoms and former Gin Blossoms drummer, Scott "Kooze" Kusmirek.
With a great start and the support from a cast consisting of the afore-mentioned industry pros and a growing fan base, Chime is well on it's way to becoming one of Southern California's premiere pop rock bands.

Dudes, I really want to see you at Molly Malones-cool place-my friend Duncan Faure has played there. I'm booked on a cruise for a staff retreat that week and everyone is counting on me doing karaoke. I can't sing for crap but everyone gets a kick out of watching me.
Hopefully I'll catch you soon, you guys really are great. Truth be told I enjoyed you more than the Gin Blossoms at Brixtons-for real man!
Definitly let us know if you hit StL and we will gladly do a show with you guys. We played LA once, at The Mint, and we are wanting to hit it again in December. Where do you guys normally play? The Mint was cool but kind of a jazz club. How'd you guys meet the GB's? I saw some video of you guys with them on YouTube, I agree we'd be a great fit on a bill.
