The Falling View formed in 2004 with original members Casey Hollyfield, Ryan Wilhelm, Kyle Luckenbill and Jake Mai joining from already established bands in the DFW metroplex. During the summer of 2005 the band teamed up with producer Casey Diiorio to collaborate on TFV's self-titled EP featuring "Open Your Eyes" and "I'm Calling Your Bluff." After a months of regional touring as well as a spot on the Kevin Lyman/Hot Topic says stage on the Vans Warped Tour in 2006, the band underwent a few lineup changes and acquired Airik Denton on bass to deliver songs such as "Metamorphose" and "Infirmary." The band is currently on hiatus while members pursue other musical avenues.
