utoXator's story so far!
It was many moons ago that 4 young chaps caught a glimpse of each other across the school dining room. Dan's dreads where barely stumps, Alun's hair had never felt the heat of GHD's, Luzio's hair was down to his bum and Ben's hair was, well...., the same.
From that moment a mission was in order, to rock like no one from Whitby had rocked before them!
And utoXator was born.
Luzio declared that gigs imply rocking, and our aim was to to rock so, we played lots and lots of gigs.
After a year or so of rocking we decided to take a break from the gigs to record what would become our debut, "stop and listen".
We did it in Ben's bedroom for the most part and pressed and released it ourselves.
After lots and lots more gigging to promote "stop and listen", we set our stuff up in Ben's basement to begin writing. We didn't leave the basement for six months, except to play more gigs of course, thats where all the fun is at!!
That brings us pretty much up to date. where are we now?? With a brand new drummer we're now almost ready to release our next EP (keep ears and eyes open) and tour like never before!
This year has seen us play in many venues around the UK with bands like Moneen(canada), Lights Action, FACT(japan), Chasin Jade, our friends Cotheria and of course Sacred Mother Tongue!

Hiya What a summer its been!! We’ve been working hard in the studio and are currently recording our first commercial EP 'What Katie Did' which will be released around October time. You can hear a demo version on our MySpace.
We are not planning any live shows until we are ready to promote the EP but you never know we may pop up at a venue near you.
