Mad Martigan is a stunning blend of Rock, Funk, Metal, Blues, and Soul. Formed in the wake of the short lived success of Lovehandle, the band reunited adolescent projects Style of Hat and As your attorney with the addition of lead vocalist John Madl. Guitarist and Bassist Jared Jensen and Adrian Donnelly, Colorado Natives, pursued music in California in early 05 with Orange Counties finest drummer Josh Askin. After a year of success as lovehandle, they brought Madl on as a replacement and have been growing in populartity since. They are currently working on a debut album and play the greater San Diego area frequently.

We are going to be hosting a battle of the bands. The winner will be determined by how many fans you bring. We are not competing in the battle we are just hosting it. We want to find out who the best bands in Las Vegas are. The winner gets 5000$, a three song demo that will be distributed on the internet and a 70/30 split on all tickets sold. There will also be a second and third prize winner. And it is an all ages show !!!! Our goal is to build the Las Vegas band scene to where we are all doing what we love and actually getting paid for the effort. The battle will begin in september. Entry fee of $300 is due by July 8th so we can start all of the radio and internet promotions and make the flyers for all the bands that sign up. Also all bands will be put on a compalation Cd through vegas disc that will be distributed to over 200 radio stations across the US. there once was a little band that made music, and the were ok, the vocals needed fine tuning (ha) but over all not too bad, one day they stopped making the beautiful sound spooge...i wondered to myself, when will they muzix my ears once more, but nothing happened because they were lazy, kinda sad really....
We’ve been given an opportunity to play in a 24 band, battle of the bands, in hope to get a chance to play this summer’s Warped Tour. We’ll need all of the support we can get at the show and would love to see you there at Brick by Brick on Wed. June 11th (Doors open 7:30pm, we’re on 9pm)!!!!!
