WiFi (Wilmington Inside the Film Industry) is an organization that was created to offer support to an already thriving business. Wilmington, NC, sometimes known as "Hollywood East”, has generated more revenue from motion picture and commercial production than any U.S. city outside of Los Angeles and New York. This means that by filming here, you get a first-class cast and crew that lives and works locally; and WIFI has come together to bring the best to Wilmington under one roof.
WiFi is an event that allows every craft person from producers to production assistants to learn the hard-hitting information they need to excel in their field. This event opens the door for up and coming filmmakers to meet their future crew in a networking setting, and to learn from the best to get them to the next level.
Wilmington filmmakers will have the chance to pose the questions that have been on the minds of many, i.e. topics such as financing, distribution, licensing, budgeting, screenwriting, and much more…

Dear WiFi Team: The 96"x96" modern abstract oil painting for the VIP Room at Cameron Museum is finished! It is beautiful and I want to thank the WiFi team for allowing me to participate in creating a large, dramatic piece for the red carpet event.
