Zig Zag of the NB Ridaz raised in Glendale Arizona, a bustling city northwest of Phoenix has been making music since he was in grade school. Often getting in trouble for writing raps and songs in his school notebooks by teachers, by the time he was in the 8th grade, Zig Zag knew he had a responsibility to fulfill in the music world.
Not only known for being a lyricist, but also a singer, Zig Zag met Mc Magic in 1995 and along with Dos, they formed a group called Nastyboy Klick, then later changing the group name to the NB Ridaz. The group released four albums with songs such as "So Fly," "Pretty Girl" and Top 10 billboard song "Down For Yours."
The first single from the album Invasion was called "Runaway" which jumped into the Billboard Hot 100 and made the Rhythmic Top 40. Zig Zag was the individual to write the first verse for that song, which is considered a classic for many music enthusiasts. The group gained an intense following of supporters.
Later, one of the members from the NB Ridaz decided he wanted to do a solo album, but Zig and Dos decided to owe it to the fierce following of fans to stick together.
Dos, Zig Zag, Angelina and Tony Talkbox teamed up and created The New Ridaz again but with the name change and what happened, it confused the fans. Their song, "Special Girl" is getting radio play in the Southwest. Zig felt that the album was poorly promoted. It was at this time that Zig decided to take his career in to his own hands instead of giving it to other individuals to manage.

I am going to take my passion for rhymes to the next level. My music will be rougher around the edges, it is going to be more real than before.
