I'm Tom, I grew up in Birmingham and I've just graduated from university in Sheffield. Currently working as a teaching assistant at
Park View School in Alum Rock, Birmingham where I help teach science and do the school website. Been awarded a studentship for a masters at King's College London, so that's where I'll be as of September, 2007. Excited! In the mean time, I'm a member of Birmingham and Midland Operatic Society (we're doing "Thoroughly Modern Millie" in June at the Hippodrome)and I'm a member of Birmingham's 'make trade fair' steering group.
I'm interested in a lot of things, but my main hobbies are photography and singing. I try to make money out of it so I'm a wedding singer and currently looking to set up a new wedding band, I'm also an event photographer for
impweb.
I used to be lead singer for Sheffield uni big band and am missing that a lot, i'm in some smaller bands too...

In birmingham I like snobs and subculture, but now I need a new tour by someone who's lived here recently! In sheffield I like corporation and the union of course!! Who knows what I'll think of London, if the government give me lots of money to be there, I'll be very happy.
