today, my sister's friend Nicole rang our house, and she has a british accent, since she only just moved here from the UK. and I answered the phone to hear "hello?" in this little british voice, and I almost dropped the phone, and whispered "Ruth?" and I swear, I was almost crying, and the girl thought I was a total freak.
