Heroes
Jesus Christ my Saviour- For putting me back on my feet, loving me, saving me, and so much more- even though I know I don't deserve it.
Brae- There's a seemingly endless list as to why I Love him- but do I even need a "why"? There's many reasons, but the main one is that I Love him simply for who he is. He's on here for being true to himself, for being both my friend first and foremost as well as my Love, for actually REALLY caring about other people, for seeing me as an equal, for all his unique quirks from kilts to anime- these are just a few among many. <3 Meh! He's truly awesome and I Love him! ^_^ (I seriously don't feel worthy half the time!)
My dad- For putting up with me, letting me live at home and supporting me all the way
My friends- For healing me, showing me the potential I never knew I had- and accepting me just as I am.
ANYONE who has the will power to pull themselves out of bad situations! Be it suicide, addictions, rape, abuse, etc- If you can get off the streets, break addictions, leave abusive situations- if you're a survivor, you rock my socks off!
Kenshin!- Yes, a fictional character makes it on here. :D Why? Because he rocks. 1. He's an uber-good swordsman, who uses his talents to protect the innocent. 2. He values all life, and instead of thoughtlessly killing his enemies off, he tries to correct them- and no matter HOW evil they can be, he won't kill them. He never switches to a quick fix! I find the whole series to be both great to watch and something to learn from. So he definately goes down as one of my role models, that he does! ^_^!
And the cool people who rock the world:
People who help others, Gianna Jessen (abortion survivor- coolest girl EVER! <3 ), Don Bluth, Walt Disney, Chuck Jones, J.K Rowling, Jim Henson, Charles Schultz, Jordan Riak (anyone who stands up for children's rights is COOL in my book, and a Hero in my eyes!), Rumiko Takahashi, Osamu Tezuka, Mother Teresa, Nobuhiro Watsuki, Robin Williams, Weird Al Yankovic..... There's more, though I can't think of them for some reason...

Your Personality Profile
You are dependable, popular, and observant.
Deep and thoughtful, you are prone to moodiness.
In fact, your emotions tend to influence everything you do.
You are unique, creative, and expressive.
You don't mind waving your freak flag every once and a while.
And lucky for you, most people find your weird ways charming!
Money may buy a little happiness, but not the happiness of true love.
You rather have a true soulmate than a private jet.
And while many people may claim they would choose love too...
You're one of the few who would really do it.
Your eye color should be brown! You have a love and knack for anything creative and artistic. You can be a tad stubborn at times, but are an overall good person with a classy and cool edge.
The adult world is pretty irrelevant to me. Whether I'm off on my bicycle (or pony) exploring, lost in a good book, or giggling with my best friend, I live in a world apart, one full of adventure and wonder and other stuff adults don't understand.
How Old is Your Inner Child? brought to you by Quizilla Your soul is caring. Other people are your concern, even if you don't know them. If you see a person trip you worry is he is okay. You put your loved ones first and you're very mature. When someones sick you're nurturing and always try to help family and friends when failure strikes them. You can be called the motherly one, if you are in a group of people, which doesn't have to be bad. Love is something that's already in you and you have a lot to give whether you believe it or not. Your friends probably love you very much and come to when they need help since you're reliable. People can feel secure with you and generally like you.
How is your soul? [pics] brought to you by Quizilla Would you survive a horror movie? Find out @ She's Crafty
No psycho slayer is going to get between you and your right to life. You're an ass-kicker, a charge taker, and if need be, a monster masher. You're level-headed in sticky situations, you trust yout instincts, and you're not afraid to get a little dirty while getting the job done. Simply put, you rock! But don't get carried away. Even though your little brother might act like a creep sometimes, you definately shouldn't be driving stakes through his heart!
Your Birthdate: May 18
You are a cohesive force - able to bring many people together for a common cause.
You tend to excel in work situations, but you also facilitate a lot of social gatherings too.
Beyond being a good leader, you are good at inspiring others.
You also keep your powerful emotions in check - you know when to emote and when to repress.
Your strength: Emotional maturity beyond your years
Your weakness: Wearing yourself down with too many responsibilities
Why do you cry? brought to you by Quizilla Your Evanescence song is: Imaginary The real world has taken a toll on you and you don't want to endure it anymore. It is harsh and hard to live in, so your solution is dreaming. You dream and have fantazies and turn it to your new reality. Zooming-out is not an unusuall thing for you to do. You can also have an artistique side in you, whether it is writing, drawing, singing etc.
I know well what lies beyond my sleeping refuge The nightmare I built my own world to escape
.:-|What is your true element?|-:. -With Anime Pictures and detailed answers-
Your element is Light: Innocent, beautiful, kind-hearted and pure. You are so sweet your almost angelic! You find joy in others happiness and cannot stand to see anyone in pain. You want to make everyone around you feel good about themselves and if someone is upset you can tend to become rather upset as well which means you are sympathetic and raise others above yourself. Being as kind and good-natured as you are people have most likely hurt you in the past but you pick yourself up every time. You may look fragile but you are stronger then most tend to see. Life is beautiful no matter how you look at it and you understand that people make mistakes. Not everyone is perfect. You try to see the good in the bad which is a talent few posses. Dont ever let anyone change you. You truly have a beautiful soul inside and a heart of gold. Take this quiz!
You are a protector. Yes, you don't like to kill people. That goes against everything you belive in. It's not that you are a coward, but your ideals and morals wouldn't allow it. You are the typical hero, do the righteous things, get the bad guys and do it all legally. But just because you don't kill doesn't mean you can't kick ass. And that is what you do. You use your brain and your strenght to do honourable deeds and protect people you know and love. If an evil guy is going to take over the world soon, it's you who will get involved. You hate watching innocents suffer, and love seeing bad people getting what they deserve. You are probably also happy and optimistic and work pretty good in groups. And the friends you usually make are true ones.
Main weapon: Anything at all Quote: "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough" -Joe Lewis Facial expression: Smile
You have high extroversion.
You are outgoing and engaging, with both strangers and friends.
You truly enjoy being with people and bring energy into any situation.
Enthusiastic and fun, you're the first to say "let's go!"
Conscientiousness:
You have medium conscientiousness.
You're generally good at balancing work and play.
When you need to buckle down, you can usually get tasks done.
But you've been known to goof off when you know you can get away with it.
Agreeableness:
You have high agreeableness.
You are easy to get along with, and you value harmony highly.
Helpful and generous, you are willing to compromise with almost anyone.
You give people the benefit of the doubt and don't mind giving someone a second chance.
Neuroticism:
You have medium neuroticism.
You're generally cool and collected, but sometimes you do panic.
Little worries or problems can consume you, draining your energy.
Your life is pretty smooth, but there's a few emotional bumps you'd like to get rid of.
Openness to experience:
Your openness to new experiences is high.
In life, you tend to be an early adopter of all new things and ideas.
You'll try almost anything interesting, and you're constantly pushing your own limits.
A great connoisseir of art and beauty, you can find the positive side of almost anything.

Beware the rants and raves of a Christian Hippie Geek in Love! :D <3
Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Salutations! And hello to ya!
So you'd like to know about little ol' me? Well... I like to go by my nickname, Lislis (that's the first syllable of my name, times two!). And what can I say? I'm both a Christian and a hippie, so that would make me a Christian Hippie now wouldn't it? Haha. ^_^ (Well, more like a neo-hippie, if anything) I hope you're not allergic to either Christians or hippies, but in case you are, here's some tissues. There, better? What else is there to say? I'm a geek (haha, geek in love!), a self-taught artist, a senior college student and rainbow chaser. :3 I was raised by cats, I've donated my hair, I have survived child abuse (and I had PTSD as a child), I've been to 16 countries, I'm prettymuch 75% vegetarian, partly not by choice, and there's a Girl Scout Gold Award in there somewhere. o_O Oh, by the way, did I mention that college eats your soul? Anywhoo- I love God- as well as many other wonderful things- I Love my Brae (God has blessed me with the most awesome, wonderful guy ever- Brae, whom I Love Dearly and count among my best friends.), love kids, love animals <3, I LOVE rain! I love to sing. And I love books. And drawing. ^_^ And music, of course! I'm a real fan of Celtic and folk-rock stuff. Sometimes I hear a rattling sound when I shake my head... O.o I guess I'm a lot of things; but when it comes down to it, I'm me, and that's all I ever intend to be. ^_^ I've always been different, always been a little "weird". ...Heh, a little? ;3 I've never fit in entirely in any one place- I am that puzzle piece that never truly belonged anywhere. But, I've learned to embrace my individuality. :3 Many people may look at me weird, (or may even be afraid of me o.0), but I'm used to it- beneath whatever it is you think of me, I'm just an average schmoe who's young at heart. I live by the beat of my own drum, and I just want to get by. Everything I have and am and have potential to be is only by the Grace of God. Without Him, I'd still be a lost soul. <3 (eh, so much for trying to shorten this... here, have a cookie.)

Yay, there's a little info about me! ^_^
Now, I'm not going to bash your head in with a Bible, BUT! I do feel that if more people understood what Love truly is, and the BIG difference between LUST and LOVE, a lot of problems could be solved. And no one spells it out better than 1 Corinthians 13.
1 Corinthians 13 Love
"1If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but
have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging
cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all
mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith
that can move mountains, but have not love, I am
nothing.
3If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body
to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does
not boast,it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is
not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps
no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight
in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they
will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled;
where there is knowledge,it will pass away.
9For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears.
11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like
a child, I reasoned like a child.
When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.
12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror;
then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part;
then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love."
So you see, the biggest difference between lust and love is that love is selfless.
You are quite the weird one. You're probably one of those ADD kids who has Ritalin hallucinations. This cat/bread thing is one fantasy you re-visit frequently.
And the funny thing is, after having taken this "What weird misc. thing are you?" quiz, that KittyLoaf IS an ADD fantasy I now frequently re-visit. o.0 *laughs*

(Sorry this isn't personalized to every individual,
I'm sending this out to EVERYONE on the site)
While I'm in the process of doing some 'friend cleaning' see blog, I thought
it might be a good time to ask those of you who *want* to be here to
subscribe to my blog if you haven't already. Not at all necessary to
not being deleted, Just thought I might as well get it all done at
once, since the process is going to take some time. It may also be a
good time for those who don't really support the PTSD cause and/or don't want to see pictures or
comments like this to just go ahead and delete, cuz I can't run this site afraid of
who I can send what comments to. I mean if you want to delete the
comment, but keep me/the site/the cause, that's fine. I just want it to be
abundantly clear, if it isn't already, this is and will remain an MJ
judgment/hate free site. You don't have to like him....just keep the
hate elsewhere. Thanks, I appreciate your understanding and patience
during this difficult time.
The more people coming together and helping spread awareness is more powerful.
You must be a wonderful person to care enough to take your time to spread awareness.
I look forward to knowing you.
I have triumphed over Domestic Violence.
My horrific story is in my blog.
Please Hello, and Welcome my friend,
read and feel free to post it on your website. To help spread awareness.
I am almost finished with my book of my life and how I overcame DV thru practicing what I know about the law of attraction. My passion is to teach others how they can do it as well.
I have written most of it in my blog on an almost daily basis for the past Three months. I suggest starting on the oldest blog so it makes sense and you know who the people are.
To find the story of how I came to start writing, look for “THE BIG BANG, My husband tried to kill us both then when he failed he killed us Himself” Or “My Story” It will blow you away!
There is a lot more to the story than that. I was abused as a child then it followed me into my relationships as an adult. I HAVE TRIUMPTHED OVER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
