- My name is Lynn and I hand make bags from scratch in my craft room, which is more of a glorified cupboard really! In September I finished a degree in paediatric nursing but due to the extreme lack of jobs I am unable to work as one so Im a carer just now. In December 2006 I decided to try and make a bag and it turned out well (its the cloud one in my pictures) and i had compliments on it so I decided to make some more and one thing led to another and here I am today!
I have many designs for bags and I will also be more than happy to make custom order bags. All bags are fully lined. I have not got any formal training in textiles/design etc but I very much enjoy making bags from scratch, its a great feeling when you see the finished bag in front of you after spending hours working on the design.
There are pictures of the bags I have made so far for you to have a wee look at, feedback would be gratefully received. If you like a bag that has been sold i will remake it for you, there will be only 4 remakes per design.
Costs - Most bags will cost £10 including postage and packaging. Custom bags may cost more money depending on the size and design wanted. I accept concealed cash, cheques and paypal.
Bags will not be posted out until payment has been received
Sizes - Bags generally come in 2 sizes, 13 inches (wide) x 15.5 inches (deep) and 11 inches (wide) x 9 inches (deep)
The length of time to make a bag will depend on the size and design.
For details about how to order please read the blog above.

One last thing...
My employer julia recently went to a convention to see Amanda Tapping (an actress from Stargate) and asked if i would make a bag to be auctioned at their charity auction for the hearing dogs for the deaf and the waterkeepers alliance. Which i did :) The bag is made from black cotton, I hand embroidered the stargate and appliquéd on to the front. The bag was then screen printed by a local shop for a small sum of monies. It was sewn together with the help of Julia It was sold for a grand total of £220!
Heres a wee picture of the bag:
