My name is David. I spend about 8 hours a day listening to XM 202 while at work. Luckily, I am a programmer which affords me more than enough time to satisfy this obsession. It is rare that I have a day where I don't listen to Opie and Anthony with some Ron and Fez mixed in.
Lately I have become obsessed with New York in the mid 60's to Early 80's. Particularly the music scene (figure Velvet Underground through Talking Heads) but I enjoy movies that depict this time frame (eg. taxi driver) and I am even starting to get curious about the art from that era too but really don't know much about that at all. But mostly its about the music, to the point that the bands listed in my music section are hardly representative of what I have been listening to.
For those of you who actually care, I program with VB .NET, JSP, SQL, and of course html and css. That doesn't mean I want to help you customize your myspace profile, for that you can go to bbz. They have great information on anything you could possibly do to your profile.
I just recently got married on April 8th so life is good. For more information on that you can read the blogs above. If you have a question for me you don't have to apologize for asking. I generally do not handle customizing questions anymore but i will answer almost anything else you've got for me.
I also watch a LOT of hockey. I am a huge NY Islanders fan even though they have lost their fucking mind! Who fires a legitimate GM in favor of the back-up goaltender. If this doesnt pay off they will truly be the laughing stock of the NHL....More-so. I follow the NY Mets as well, I dont pay much attention to football and I hate basketball. Id rather watch golf than basketball.
In a soft world do you trust a guy who's loozin must - Millencolin
"Silence is not the absence of love"
"Why would I want to live in a world with 1 opinion?" - Ron Bennington
"There are few articles of faith in my admittedly jaundiced worldview, precious few things that I believe to be right and true and basically unimprovable by man or God. This, however, is one of them: a properly poured beer or ale - in my case, a hand cranked Guinness - in a clean pint glass of correct temperature is God's Own Beverage, a complete and nutritious food source, a thing of beauty to be admired, a force that sweeps away, for a time, all the world's troubles." - Anthony Bourdain
Through the wonders of the internet I found out that there is a comic book artist out there who has the same exact name as me. Not only did he grow up a few towns over from me but I also really enjoy his comics. He is previewing his latest book on his website, check it out if you have a chance. (click the image below)

Dave my dear...Happy Birthday!! I can't believe I didn't mention when we were chatting. It might not have been your birthday THERE...but it was certainly your birthday here.
The Isles overpaid for Roloson, but I don't think it was a bad pick up. Especially since I talk to someone who works out at the same gym as DP ... said DP is limping hxc.
Also, how the Rags manage to absolutely swindle Montreal like that is mind boggling.
