I'm Jay/James Brooks, an Artist/Designer/Illustrator/Photographer based in London.

I draw inspiration from the streets around me, and find beauty in unloved and abandoned buildings and places. My medium varies, but you will usually find me with an ink pen/quill and a polaroid camera, maybe even a spraycan. I try to use different materials as I feel it gives greater freedom of expression.

I have worked with K-swiss producing a pair of custom trainers for the '06 summer tour, a top UK publisher visually documenting and writing about street art, a London based music management company working on various design projects, and many others.

I am avaliable for personal or commercial commisions, illustration work, murals, gallery exhibitions etc, so please feel free to contact me.
