“THE CAVERN” situated on the Gold Coast in Nobby Beach is a Melbourne style lounge café by day transforming into a tapas / wine bar by night featuring free live music 5 nights per week. With a unique vintage atmosphere, great coffee & gourmet food The Cavern has been an instant hit with the local community since the day it opened nearly 2 years ago and now, firmly established in the local sub culture music scene, The Cavern is used as a local hub for emerging talent whatever their forte may be. So if you enjoy great coffee, gourmet food, a relaxed atmosphere an cheeky glass of red or 2 while lounging on a couch enjoying some of the best local music the Gold Coast has to offer, you’d be crazy to be anywhere else!

Any creative, open minded individuals, who are looking for a community based cafe/bar in which to relax, share ideas and meet like minded people.
Local Artists Featured Monthly: If you are a visual artist, we are inviting you to showcase your work on our walls for a month. We will provide two 1.8 x 1.8mtr spaces for you to fill at your will. If interested, please send a message or come into our cafe for a chat.

Check out All Underground Sound. A collaborative project between Kryptamistik & The Lowdown. We've just thrown up a couple of tracks off our upcoming 14 song album for you to scope out on our facebook page. The first single is called Flip The Situation, a reggae fused track featuring verses from Lotek, Skinz Markus and Cook. The other track we've thrown up is called Facepaint which is a song about people hogging the mic/rushing the stage/acting the fool during other people's sets. The track features verses from Lizard, Skinz Markus and Cook (who also produced the track) and cuts by New Year's Steve. Let us know what ya think
