my faith in god is not measured by how many days i go to church, whether i capitalize the g when using his name, or if i actively read the bible. my faith in god is me trying every day to live as best as i can. helping my neighbor, and loving everyone, willing to help with anything that they need. my relationship with god is just that, mine. i dont need to worship him in church to have a good relationship with him. i dont need to look spiffy on sundays. god loves me every day. 24/7. even with my body art, foul language, and doubt that i may have. i have my flaws, and i may not be a typical persons definition of a 'christian' but thats okay. because i know that every day, i strive to be the best i can. to live as sin free as i can. to do right by others, and to never lose hope in myself or humanity. my faith may falter at times, but it always comes back ten times stronger than before. and you know what, i think thats okay. god knows what in my heart. and thats what matters most.
