About me:
 My husband and I have decided to embark on one of the world's greatest wonders; making a family. Due to extensive surgery, we have been unable to make a family in the traditional way; therefore, we have decided to try a non-traditional way of conceiving. In Vitro Fertilization.
The scariest part is we don't know if this journey will end in the extension of our little family. All we can do is hope. So come along, join the ride with us. Pray for us, cheer for us, or just keep updated on our progress.

To My Unborn Baby
I met you last night and saw your deep blue eyes my heart was full of love
I heard your cry, the most beautiful cry and as I wept with you I thanked the Lord above
But moments too soon, when the alarm went off...I awoke
You were not beside me as I surely did want
Only your memory or hope were left to haunt
I felt empty and filled with guilt because I shouldn't feel this way
And yet I turned to your daddy with tears in my eyes
His words were soft and he asked no why's
He understood despite my silence as this was not the first time
I want you to know I do not blame the Lord for your absence
And I try to stop being so anxious , frustrated, and tense
For I know you will be here soon enough if I just have patience
I need you to know that I love you so much
I can't wait to know your face, your cry, your laugh, your touch
And I'll try to be patient when things are rough
But, while you wait with the Lord above
I wanted to tell you with a mommy's love
that I miss you and can't wait till you get here.
