About me: Located just south of Daytona Beach, Florida; A-Air is your factory direct source for remanufactured Import and Domestic A/C compressors.
All of our compressors are remanufactured with the highest quality OEM replacement parts. When it comes to our commitment to quality, we take no short cuts, or cut any corners.
At A-Air, we know that the only component on your compressor that never stops moving is your pulley. That is why all clutch & pulley surfaces are finished to a perfect match and all bearings are replaced with OE Quality bearings.
The compressor itself is washed in a high temperature, high pressure aqueous washer. After drying, it is placed in our high-speed steel shot blaster where any debris, rust, and oxidization are stripped away leaving a professional, OEM type finish. We then tear down the compressor, clean and plain all surfaces that require planning, resize, reshape or replace any internal components that do not meet our high quality standards, then rebuild using only R-134A approved OEM replacement seals.
After assembly, all compressors are tested for leaks, noise, vibration, coil voltage, and load resistance. No compressor that is sold by A-Air ever leaves the facility until it passes all testing procedures perfectly.
