Aaron Horton is an anointed worship leader, songwriter, performer, vocal producer, conference speaker, and ordained minister. She has ministered in churches and events leading worship and speaking at women’s, missions, and worship conferences throughout the United States and internationally in 28 countries.
Aaron has ministered with Israel Houghton, Lincoln Brewster, Dennis Jernigan, Kent Henry, Danny Chambers, David and Nicole Binion, Matthew Ward, Roy Fields and participated in many live and studio worship recordings. She has opened up concerts with such artists as Newsong, Andy Crisman, Audio Adrenaline, Darrel Evans, Steve Green and many others. Her studio resume of session work includes over 40 albums, radio jingles, and TV commercials.
Her early musical education and experience from University of Texas and Christ for the Nations Institute led her to Nashville, where she was worship leader for Mercy Ministries with Nancy Alcorn. It was there that Aaron experienced the life-changing importance of music and worship in the lives of those in truly desperate situations.
Her CD, You In Me, including songs such as “It’s You”, “So Amazing”, and “You Are My Refuge” is evident of Aaron’s desire to bring hope and encouragement to those who need a place of refuge. This is boldly revealed not only in her performance but also in her songwriting. Many of these songs are being used in churches all over the world. “It’s You” was recently released on “Song Discovery”, with Worship Leader Magazine, and sent out to over 27,000 churches throughout the United States.
